NSW: Teen girls charged over cabbie's death
Two 14-year-old girls have been charged with murder .. after a Sydney taxi driver was
fatally bashed in the city's south west.
They'll appear in Lidcombe Children's Court this morning.
Police arrested the teenagers at Strathfield train station about 10pm (AEDT) yesterday
over several unrelated alleged robberies.
They were interviewed and subsequently charged with murder and robbery offences.
53-year-old cab driver YOUBERT HORMOZI died on the way to Liverpool Hospital after
he was found with head injuries lying on Parklea Road at Canley Heights about 2am (AEDT)
Tuesday.
His taxi had been stolen and was later found abandoned and crashed into a parked car
in Bonnyrigg.
